We'll also assess the existing space, identifying any potential challenges or opportunities, and conduct initial brainstorming to generate ideas and concepts.

    Additionally, we will review your existing architectural floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of your space.

PACKAGE 1:

CONCEPT CRAFTING

This package is designed to provide you with comprehensive design plans, detailed drawings.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
  • We create a layout for the space that optimizes functionality and flow while also reflecting the client's aesthetic preferences. This may involve rearranging furniture, specifying built-in features, and determining the placement of fixtures.

  • High-quality 3D max visualizations of the proposed design. 

  • Detailed elevations and sections of the design. Providing close-up views and specifications of specific design dements, such as built-in furniture, millwork, or decorative features. These drawings include dimensions, materials, and construction details to guide the fabrication and installation of custom elements. 

  • Comprehensive electrical plans including outlet locations, lighting fixtures, and switches.

  • Detailed ceiling plans showing lighting fixtures, ceiling materials, and any special features. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
  • Providing hard finish materials and textures for the scope of work, through providing sample codes and tailored recommendations. 

  • Visual representation of colors, materials (fabrics), and style elements.

  • List of materials for cost estimation to help with budgeting and procurement. 

PACKAGE 2:

INTERIOR DESIGN MATERIAL & FINISH SELECTION

Our Material and Finish Selection Package is tailored for clients who have a 3D design/design concept in place and require expert guidance in selecting fabrics, flooring, paint, wallpapers, carpets, furniture, wall claddings, hard finishes and much more. 

KEY DELIVERABLES:
  • Selection of a range of options for each category (fabric, flooring, paint, etc.) 

  • Compile physical mood boards that include samples of all selected materials. Provide a visual and tactile representation of your design choices. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
  • On-site supervision involves overseeing the proper installation methods of materials selected, tracking work progress, ensuring quality standards, and translating drawings into the actual construction

  • After your hardware and fixtures are chosen and installed, we would be more than happy to help you choose the perfect furniture to beautifully complete your space.

FURNISHING & STYLING

Our Furnishing & Styling Design Package is an all-inclusive service, perfect for clients looking to transform their spaces with expertly chosen furniture, colors, materials, and accessories, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
