RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN (ONLY FOR MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS OR BEFORE SHIPMENT
Clevie Home accepts returns only before the order is shipped. However, you may return the product to our delivery team at the time of delivery, only if there is a manufacturer’s defect that is upon Clevie Home’s Management approval, the return of the item(s) will be free of charge.
You may also return part of an order that is purchased, under the condition stated above. The amount paid for the returned item will be refunded as store credit.
It must be noted that Clevie Home reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not meet the return and refund eligibility criteria stated above. Please refer to the “Which Items Are Not Eligible For Returns” section below for further details.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
The following products are not eligible for returns, exchange, or refunds (unless faulty or not matching their description):

Products that have exceeded the time frame policy days since delivery;

Products that are not in their original condition or that are missing any additional parts and attachments that originally came with them;

Products that have been opened or unsealed (unless necessary to inspect);
-
Products without original packaging or labels;
-
Products that have been used or damaged or are not in the original condition in which they were delivered;
-
Products requested to be returned after the time of delivery or for items that have been used;
-
Products that have been assembled in good condition at the time of delivery or installed, used, or altered;
-
Products that fall under specific categories such as unwrapped bedding, mattresses, and bath linen for hygiene reasons;
-
Products that have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear and tear despite still being within the warranty period;
-
Customized / special orders.
REFUND
Clevie Home does not provide cash nor credit refund, instead customer will be provided with store credit based on the purchase price of the items being returned. The store credit can be used to buy any of Clevie Home products, for a validity of 1 year from the date of issuance. The shipment of the refunded products will cost an additional charge, starting from AED 200.
Full price houseware items may be refunded (as store credits) or exchanged within 5 days from the delivery date.
Sale houseware items can be refunded (as store credits) or exchanged within 3 days from the delivery date in case of a manufacturer defect only.
Full-price furniture items can be refunded (as store credits) or exchanged only if they are returned at the time of delivery or on the date of pick-up, and only in the case of a manufacturer defect.
In the case of sale furniture purchases and only in the case of a manufacturer defect, items can be refunded (as store credits) or an exchange might be offered.
In the case of a manufacturing defect with any electrical items that are under warranty, we will repair the item if feasible.
If repair is not possible then we will replace or refund (as a store credits) the item as per the terms of the warranty.
Interior Design Service fees are non-refundable.
Items with a defect may be repaired, returned, or exchanged if the defect is not caused by misuse or failure to follow due care instructions. These items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Wall drilling and assembly services are not included with any of our delivery options.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed only in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.
EXCHANGE / REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR:

They are in perfect condition/same condition as delivered;

The original receipt must be presented;
-
The items have not exceeded the time frame policy days;
-
They are not customizable, nor pre ordered.
EXCHANGES / REFUNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR:
-
Custom-made orders;
-
Used goods or items accidentally damaged by the customer;
-
Bed linens, mattresses, and pillows removed from their original packaging;
-
Sale Items (Unless of a Manufacturer’s Defect);
-
Furniture that was delivered and assembled in good condition;
-
Furniture purchases where the client has simply changed their mind.
NOTES:

If the packaging of a delivered item is found to be defective or damaged, Clevie Home reserves the right to assess its condition and either repair or exchange the item.

Manufacturer’s defective items can only be exchanged if repairs are deemed impossible.

All Clevie Home furniture products that are delivered and assembled in good condition are not eligible for a refund nor exchange.

Customers have the right to exchange purchased accessories within the time frame policy days, except for special pre-orders (not-applicable). An additional charge starting from AED 200 will apply for the pickup of exchanged accessories.
