DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

Once the order has been placed, Clevie Home will provide you with an estimated date of delivery. Clevie Home will strive to deliver your order on or near the estimated date provided. Please note that this date is subject to change and is for guidance only. Clevie Home will contact you to book a date for delivery using the details that you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure proper access for the delivery and installation (whenever required) of the order. It is your responsibility to fully measure all passageways, doors, hallways, lifts, and to ensure that the delivery team has sufficient access to fully unpack and assemble the order (whenever required). Delivery from floor one and above shall be completed using service/goods elevators. It is your responsibility to check dimensions and to book use of these elevators in advance of the delivery. If any issues arise, it is your responsibility to inform Clevie Home in the appropriate time and to make alternate delivery arrangements. Additional fees (starting from AED 200) may apply to deliveries complicated by lack of adequate access. Clevie Home shall, at its own will, decide if security or full access conditions are not met. In this situation, Clevie Home is entitled to cancel delivery, change the delivery fee (if applicable), and reschedule delivery for a time when safety measures and complete access can be guaranteed. Clevie Home is not liable for any damage or loss to goods or to your property. This includes, following your instructions, having limited or no access to the delivery site, and goods not fitting into the delivery site. Requests to build items are at Clevie Home’s discretion and Clevie Home will not be responsible for any damage to your home not reasonably foreseen in connection to such work. Clevie Home is not liable for any damage caused by items being assembled by a third-party contractor or mover. For goods being delivered by a third-party shipping agent, the shipping agent must have the original receipt(s) and thoroughly check and acknowledge the condition of all items. Clevie Home is not responsible for any damages incurred after goods are checked and the acceptance documents are signed.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Step 1: Add products to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Step 2: Fill up your information then Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method, and proceed.
Step 3: Review your order before placing it. Note: Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched and shipped to your given address.
Step 4: Once your shipment is delivered, you will be required to make a cash payment to our carrier.

NOTE: Shipping charge of AED 200 will be applied for all Cash on Delivery returned and/or canceled orders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF 'COD'

Ahead of placing a COD order on www.clevie.com, it is essential to note the following terms:

  • COD maximum order value is up to AED 7,000.

  • For all the order over AED 7000, Clevie Home will collect the payment prior to delivery.

  • If you would like to use your credit card payment, please choose the credit card option and then place the order.

  • Being unable to accept your order or unable to make a full payment at the time of delivery may result in loss of the COD privilege for www. Clevie.com and/or account suspension and additional fees.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 100% deposit is required to place a custom order.

  • All custom orders lead times are as per Clevie Home’s time frame policy terms.

  • The lead time begins from the date the 100% deposit has been received.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

POSTPAY

  • Postpay is a payment solution that allows customers to ‘buy now, pay later’ seamlessly with absolutely zero interest and no fees for orders up to AED 15,000.

  • Select Postpay on checkout and split your total purchase into three equal instalments. The first installment (34%) is processed immediately and the merchant ships your purchase to you as normal, so you can enjoy now and pay later.

  • The remaining two installments (66% total) are due every month thereafter. Absolutely zero fees are charged as long as all repayments are processed successfully on time. So in short, at the end of the two months you only pay for what you ordered!

  • If you want to pay off your installments early, you can do so at absolutely no extra cost.

  • To use Postpay you must be over 18 years old and be the authorized holder of ( An eligible Emirates ID and UAE issued debit/credit card)
